ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure appropriate coverage / compliance of PF / Superannuation / Gratuity for the establishments within the group.
- Collate, verify and submit all documents required for trust creation like IT exemption approvals, obtaining PF code numbers, obtaining PAN / TAN numbers etc.
- Ensure compliance relating to statutory payments and monthly / annual returns related to PF / Gratuity / Superannuation (as applicable)
- Ensure that the nomination forms for PF / Gratuity / Superannuation are submitted to the concerned authorities.
- Ensure timely issuance of members slips for PF from RPFC (Regional Provident Fund Commission)
- Ensure timely renewal of EDLI exemption requests with the PF trust as applicable.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of queries by external statutory authorities.
- Respond to and manage all inspection requests made by statutory authorities.
- Ensure submission of books of accounts to the PF Commissioner post receipt of the audited accounts from Team Leader Accounts and Fund Management
- Ensure provision of all necessary data / information to the inspection authorities as and when required.
- Escalate to the Head of Department in case of any complex or non-routine issues (e.g.x co-ordination required with other internal departments etc.)
Ensure proper support for smooth handling of all Trust meetings.
- Review the notice and agenda prepared for the Trust meeting and ensure that same is circulated to concerned stakeholders.
- Provide support to the Team Leader Process Owner for conducting periodical meetings of the trustees.
- Review / prepare the minutes of the meeting and ensure the same is signed by the chairman.

- Decision regarding adherence to compliance requirements with respect to all documents to be submitted for payment / renewals etc.
- Decision regarding accuracy of data for filing of returns on monthly and annual basis
- Decision regarding accuracy of data for actuarial valuation
