  • CRM and Customer Retention- Ensure implementation RBML processes.
  • Operations and marketing
  • Assist Channel Partners in obtaining statutory licenses, approvals etc.
  • To ensure that all RBML assets are maintained properly and resolve issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Network Development # Conduct field visits and market assessment surveys, identify potential sites for setting up new sites, Identify and propose prospects for appointment as channel partners (Dealers / Operators / Transconnect Center / Plaza franchisees etc).
  • Document maintenance, data analysis, and MIS release to various stakeholders for monitoring and improvement of operations
  • Updating Channel partners profile and analyzing their performance/attrition trends
  • Maintaining and updating all channel-related documents
  • Legal coordination
  • Support legal on arbitration and other legal proceedings
  • Propose and implement - Demand Generation activities.
  • Conduct regular audits as per defined process
  • To follow up with all stakeholders for closure of deviations.
  • Facilitate training of channel partner staff.

  • To ensure that all locations & jobs carried out are safety compliant without any exception as per Company's policy.
