Job Accountabilities:

achieving state sales target for fuel/Non-fuel products through all the RO#s. Will ensure implementation of Fuel operational, process and statutory compliances, closure of audits deviations for seamless operations of RO network within the state.

Job Accountabilities :

 The Sales and operational manager is responsible for

 Assessing RIL performance with Industry.

         To continuously monitor RIL performance against industry and analyse RIL competitive position on parameters like network, pricing, customer communication and customer service.

         To devise and implement plan of action to achieve overall set state sales targets and Market leader position in all the Trading area with ME>=3.5

 

     Channel Development and Management.

         To ensure channel motivation by effectively managing channel team, timely attending & resolving and handling channel related concerns and feedbacks.

         To facilitate appointment of appropriate Channel partner (Fuel and non-fuel) to achieve non-fuel and fuel targets.

         To ensure timely release of payments for COCO Operators by co-ordinating with internal teams namely FC&A, SSO-AP, P&C, along with YEXP and F&F payments.

 

      Sales Maximisation , Customer Acquisition and Retention :

         To analyse and understand complete dynamics of trading area w.r.t competition, traffic movement, customer fuelling pattern, etc. for overall sales maximisation of the RO.

         To ensure timely implementation of Sales Promotion, customer communication initiatives for sales maximisation.

         To assist channel team, Area Managers to acquire and retain customers to achieve market leader position within the state.

 

    Operational Compliance and Excellence:

         To ensure Implementation of OMS and Fuel Operational related SOP#s at all the RO#s of the state.

         To assist channel team, Area Managers to analyse at COCO#s and devise action plan for ensuring the losses at RO#s remain within permissible limit.

      Sustenance of Q&Q Value Proposition :

         To anchor sustenance of Q&Q Value proposition across all the ROs of the state.

         To ensure that RO network remains fully compliant with all applicable laws & statutes in the state.

         Co-ordinate with various role holders at state, S&D, FC&A, and HO level to ensure Q&Q compliance at various stages of supply chain. ( Logistics : TT related Issues, Terminal /S&D : Timely supply to RO#s, TT security , Shortage related disputes handling, POD shortages )

         To support Area Managers to ensure correct material & financial accounting at COCO#s.

     Boundary Management.

         To liaise and co-ordinate with various external agencies and make appropriate representation to ensure that no adverse legal actions are initiated against the company.

Education Required:

 

Education:  MBA in Marketing or BE in any Engineering

 


Experience Required:

12+  years of experience in Channel Management and Channel Sales and retail operations
