Experience:-
- Necessary: Minimum 14 years of experience
- Desired: Minimum 7 years as Project Manager
- Proficiency in Software like latest versions of Primavera, Microsoft Project, Microsoft office
Education & Skills Required:-
- Necessary: BE/BTech Electrical
- Knowledge and understanding of the automotive OEM industry and electric vehicle industry
- Knowledge of mobility services & electric vehicle technology
- Experience delivering Medium Voltage electric infrastructure projects in a planning or project management role
- Preferred experience with any of the following: renewable energy development, vehicle electrification, EV Power Systems, EV charging infrastructure, clean energy, freight or fleet transport, and logistics
- Experience with Vehicle to Grid/ Vehicle to Infrastructure and related communication protocols such as J1772, ISO15118 is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with design of EV or PV systems including electrical and civil architecture, applying electrical and building codes to design
- Field experience in power distribution, power electronics, PLC / SCADA devices & programming, UPS systems, or other related industrial electrical equipment diagnostics.
- Experience in electric vehicle charging technologies, in either design or installation services & field diagnostics is a plus.
- Experience in branding execution, cost and materials management
Job Responsibility:-
- Prepare project feasibility reports, cost estimates & execution plans
- Detailed understanding and working as per Project Execution documents
- Ensure availability on time, the Engineering deliverables and materials for construction
- Ensure implementation of uniform procedures and methods
- Review periodically the work processes, identify functional gaps if any, and design corrections for establishing most effective work-flows
- Assess, periodically, the work progress for achieving the project objectives and direct remedial measures
- Set up effective systems for surveillance of Safety, Quality, schedules & Costs
- Prepare & issue project progress reports
- Prepare, coordinate & control schedule for all project activities
- Coordinate among Projects, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Vendors, Contractors & Operations for smooth & efficient construction and commissioning
- Work with site teams for managing Construction at Project Sites.
- Manage project contracts
- Prepare Project close out & Technical capitalization reports
- Supervision of development and maintenance of project schedules and cost, at site level as well as at overall Program level.
