Executive- Sales

Role: Project Sales, Digital Marketing, Promotional activities, Customer coordination

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Enquiry
  • Evaluation of customer
  • Order Closing
  • Payment Follow up
  • Technical Discussions with customers
  • Sales Targets setting
  • Follow ups for proposal submission and customers
  • Visit to customer site for product promotions
  • Discussions with customer up to finalisation stage
  • Assisting with Sales Targets setting & maintaining order booked records
  • Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing
  • Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
  • Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
  • Source and secure sponsorship
  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Market Survey
  • Growth Forecasting
  • Company Presentations
  • Digital Marketing


Job Responsibilities

Education& Experience

  • B.E Chemical / Mechanical, MBA Marketing with 4 to 7 yrs of experience
  • Preferred Industry background–EPC (Project Based) companies in process field
  •  Knowledge/Skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and adjust priorities
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English
  • Ability to sell ideas and motivate others
  • Presentable, Ethical, Sensible, Smart Worker, Creative
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems & Microsoft Office
  • Awareness of ISO

Travel- Continuous
