Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Enquiry acknowledgement & building customer relationship
  • Evaluation of customer
  • Ensuring timely Proposal Submission to customers (co-ordinating with concern team members)
  • Ensuring Technical queries are answered on time (co-ordinating with concern team members)
  •  Interacting within relevant teams to get the relevant information while bidding and take it forward properly up to the customer
  • Follow ups for proposal submission (with concern team members)
  • Maintain and update customer database – ERP – SAP B1
  • Handling Customer Visits
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing
  • Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Market Survey
  • Unique Features of the plant
  • Project Reports
  • Growth Forecasting
  • Company Presentations


Job Responsibilities


Education& Experience

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in industry.
  • Graduate (No MBA, No Engg.)
  • can work on MS- Excel, PPT, word at good extent
  • Preferred Industry background - EPC company in Process Field

 Skills

  • Good in aptitude
  • Smart worker
  • Ability to multi-task, and adjust priorities
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English
  • Ability to sell ideas and motivate others
  • Presentable
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems & Microsoft Office
