Job Description

  • Digital solution design and pre-sales for large (Global, Multi-tower) BPM/SI outsourcing deals.
  • Ability to bring together all elements of BPM solution including digital operating model, process design, automation impact, technology solution, transition, transformation, business outcomes, commercials and pricing for both BPM Partnerships and direct BPM/SI clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for crafting bid responses in RFPs, prepare bid defense orals decks, engage prospective customer / partner leadership, lead workshops and presentations.
  • BPM consulting opportunities Operating model design, transformation.
  • Hands-on design and recommendation on Digital stack BPM solutions such as top RPA platforms, Digital tools, process optimization frameworks, Cognitive / AI solutions for bundling.
  •  Responsible for end-to-end bid lifecycle from RFI / POCs through RFP phase of deal cycle. o Ability to bring together all elements of BPM solution including digital operating model, process design, automation impact, technology solution, transition, transformation, business outcomes, commercials and pricing for both BPM Partnerships and direct BPM clients.
  •  Solution dialog with both BPM partner models and direct customers that are leveraging pure Captive Shared Service models or hybrid approach.
  • Collaborate Account Executives and Solution Engineering teams to lead bid process and overall solution development.
  • Develop industry leading growth models for BPM/SI sector, industry research and ongoing improvements
  • Guide Team members towards Building demo environments and deliver specific demos for new prospects and clients; Work with the management to shape a best practice guide for Technical Demos
  •  Join calls with Sales team and customers to handle the technical discussions
  • Work with Sales and CSM/ Account Managers on facilitating the resolution of opportunities related technical queries o Process pre-sales (trial) questions and technical issues (on L1) from potential customers and Sales team
  •  Create materials and videos to be used in sales activities
  •  Act as a link between Sales/Customers and Product team
  • Work actively with Product team on improving the products and functionalities
  • Responsible for the sale of a business products or services and ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution, and management of a supportive team
  •  Transform technical information and processes into compelling stories
  • Create crisp and compelling content basis the project brief and data gathered through research
  • Handle the Presales sales process starting from demo distribution to managing the Presales associates. This should be done in a seamless manner with a quality process
  •  Develop business and functional collateral for technical sales plays and campaigns
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive content repository
  •  Interact with bid managers & internal SMEs to understand content project requirements, scope and logical structure of content output
  • Effectively manage multiple content projects across industries and regions; Taking ownership to address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions
  •  Meets deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval
  •  Analyse the market trends and discover new opportunities for growth o Report on sales results
  •  Seek & provide constructive feedback o Keep abreast with the latest trends in the BPM sector • Team Management: May manage junior resources
  • Previous Experience in a Related Field Preferred;
  • Proven work experience as a Presales Sales Manager, Presales Manager, or similar senior sales role - Preferably digital domain or educational sales, people management experience;
  • Previous experience in a Customer-facing technical role
  • Solution design expertise with top tier BPM, IT or Product firms for driving technology solutioning for multi-tower large deals, experience creating/responding to RFI/RFP / Orals proposals.
  • Multi-geo service delivery experience across both horizontal and vertical business processes such as PTP, OTC, Q2C, RTR, ITSM, HR, Customer Service etc.
  • Technology experience- Major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, RPA Platforms, and/or AI-based solutions. Experience working
