Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CodeIgniter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications built on the CodeIgniter framework. The candidate should have a strong understanding of PHP, MVC architecture, and web development best practices.
Requirments:
- Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using the CodeIgniter framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and improve existing codebase, identify bugs, and fix issues promptly.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Ensure the security and performance of web applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Job Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a PHP developer with expertise in CodeIgniter.
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient SQL queries.
- Knowledge of web services (RESTful APIs) and integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and deployment workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to have:
- Experience with other PHP frameworks.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Understanding of web security best practices.
