Job Description
- Set-up / Ensure smooth following of all the standard operating processes required for the smooth running of day-to-day activities at Hubs and delivery points
- Leading Vendor Management, SCM, Logistics, Strategy and Process excellence programs
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic 3PL Vendors & Order fulfilment and delivery.
- Responsible for the Last Mile Cost of the cluster with accountability of budgets / P&L ownership , including Managing the performance of all hub leads in cluster 6. Own day-to- day operational metrics; along with team management, ensuring process adherence, quality and resource planning.
- Plan monthly team activities and review performance reports with a view to meeting monthly and quarterly OKR targets
