Job Description

We seek a proactive and target-driven Business Development Manager with a pharma background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through client acquisition, territory expansion, and relationship management within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma)
  • 2–3 years of field sales or business development experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients and partners to drive sales
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors
  • Execute field visits to promote company products.
  • Develop strategies to increase product awareness and sales performance
  • Maintain detailed records of daily field activities and client interactions
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and client support
