Who you are:
● 2 to 4 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably in UAE, India, Malaysia.
● Proven experience in closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles
● Strong understanding of financial workflows, accounting processes, or finance-led services
● Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills
● Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a growth-stage company
● UAE, India, Malaysia. experience or network is a strong advantage
● Ability to scale with a team, build region-specific sales or pre-sales capabilities over time
● Enthusiastic about continuous learning, market trends, and evolving customer expectations
What will you do:
● Own and execute the go-to-market plan for UAE, India, Malaysia.
● Generate and close B2B opportunities through a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound follow-ups,
and referral-based growth
● Build strong relationships with CXOs, finance heads, HR leaders and procurement teams
● Use Covoro’s existing reference clients to open doors and build trust in the UAE, India, Malaysia
market
● Lead end-to-end sales process, from discovery, demos, proposal creation to closure
● Understand customer business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly
● Collaborate with delivery, finance and marketing teams to ensure post-sale success and local
alignment
● Attend key networking events, conferences, or partner meetings to grow brand presence
● Provide feedback from the market to shape pricing, product messaging, and partnership models
