Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or related roles within the BPO industry.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Proven track record of leading analytics projects from conception to implementation, delivering actionable insights and measurable business impact.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights and recommendations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Leadership experience, including team management, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
Strong business acumen and client-focused mindset, with the ability to understand and address client needs and objectives.
Knowledge of BPO industry trends, processes, and best practices is highly desirable.
