Job Description

  • Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Lead data analysis initiatives to extract insights from large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement. Utilize advanced analytics techniques and tools to uncover actionable insights that drive business value.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to monitor key business indicators and track operational performance against targets.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, and challenges. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support client decision-making and address their evolving needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders through effective communication and delivery of value-added analytics solutions.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation through data analysis and continuous evaluation of operational workflows. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive efficiency, quality, and scalability in service delivery processes.
  • Team Leadership and Mentoring: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of analytics professionals, including analysts and data scientists. Mentor team members, foster a culture of learning and development, and empower them to excel in their roles. Set clear goals and expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, security protocols,and industry standards in all analytics activities. Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with data management, analysis, and reporting to safeguard business interests and maintain client trust.



Job Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or related roles within the BPO industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading analytics projects from conception to implementation, delivering actionable insights and measurable business impact.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights and recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership experience, including team management, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong business acumen and client-focused mindset, with the ability to understand and address client needs and objectives.
  • Knowledge of BPO industry trends, processes, and best practices is highly desirable.
