Job Description:
- As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Staffing & Managed Services by expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the staffing industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably within the staffing, recruitment industry, and managed services.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry, market dynamics, and client requirements.
- Excellent reach to offer a range of ‘Managed Services”.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients within the industry,including businesses seeking temporary, permanent, or contract Staffing &offering a range of Managed Services.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends,competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to position as a leading staffing solutions provider.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and generate referrals. Anticipate and respond to their needs to ensure client satisfaction.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and pain points to provide tailored staffing solutions that address their specific needs, delivering value-added services and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations, showcasing the unique value proposition of our comprehensive suite of staffing services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the client.
- Collaboration:Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Sales Metrics:Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, closely monitoring and reporting progress against key performance indicators.
- Networking and Industry Events: Represent at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance our brand visibility and expand professional networks.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development of sales strategies, market penetration plans,and new business development initiatives to position for continued success.
