Job Description
- You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems.
- This includes developing and optimizing algorithms, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with frontend teams to achieve seamless application functionality.
- You will be expected to understand and optimize the performance of databases, APIs, and other backend services.
- A high level of interaction with other development teams, product managers, and stakeholders will be required.
- Involvement in an agile software development cycle, which includes:

- Monitoring
- SkillsComprehensive understanding of backend system architecture.
- Strong algorithmic skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with various database systems: relational, NoSQL, etc.
- Clear communication and ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Familiarity with common backend frameworks and technologies.
- Experience with:
- Web application frameworks: (e.g., Ktor, Ruby on Rails, Lambda)
- Languages: (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Ruby)
- Data-stores: (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, AmazonRedshift)
- Other services: (e.g., Amazon SQS, SNS, Sidekiq.)
- Server Management: (e.g., Amazon ECS, Docker)
Job Responsibilities
- Software engineering experience: 3-5 years, with a focus on backend development.
- Familiarity with the complete software development lifecycle.
- Previous experience in designing and scaling backend systems.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with the provided tech stack or an equivalent tech stack.
- Continuous drive to learn and adopt new backend technologies.
