Book My Player specializes in providing innovative online software solutions tailored for the sports and fitness industry. We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on building relationships with sports academies and gyms in the Gurgaon region


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales, preferably in the software or technology domain.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for sports, fitness, or technology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Gurgaon region and local market dynamics.
  • Motorbike and Valid Driver’s License (mandatory) for field visits.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

Field Sales: Conduct visits to sports academies, gyms, and fitness centers to present and sell our online software solutions.

Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients through on-ground research, networking, and cold visits.

Product Demonstration: Showcase software features and benefits through live demos to key decision-makers.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up.

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and driving revenue growth.

Market Feedback: Gather client feedback and market insights to assist in refining the product and sales strategy.

Reporting: Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the manager, detailing client interactions and sales progress.
