Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience working with Automic deployment automation platform
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems architecture
- In-depth knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand automation requirements
- Design, configure, and test Automic workflows for efficient and reliable automation of business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Automic platform and automation workflows
- Monitor and optimize Automic performance to ensure timely and accurate execution of automation tasks
- Document and maintain technical specifications and standard operating procedures for Automic automation
- Provide technical support and training to end users on Automic functionality and best practices
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Automic with other systems and tools for seamless automation
