Job Description

  • Application Development: Design and develop Android applications that meet user requirements, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Architecture and Design: Collaborate with the development team to define application architecture, data models, and user interfaces.
  • Coding and Testing: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
  • API Integration: Integrate with external APIs and third-party libraries to enhance application functionality.
  • User Interface Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, adhering to Android design principles and best practices.
  • Version Control: Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase and collaborate with team members.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and improve responsiveness.
  • Security: Implement security best practices to safeguard user data and ensure the application's security.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, designs, and development processes.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Android application development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages.
  • Extensive knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries.
  • Solid understanding of Android architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC).
  • Familiarity with database management and storage solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Published apps on the Google Play Store is a plus.
