Manage the budget assigned to the tender.

Responsible for total project sales division performance in accordance with company policy and Procedures
Create and execute the sales business plan.
To produce successful tender proposals - as well as other documents when required - based on good research and excellent communication with and support to colleagues across the company
Manage and motivate the proposals team ensuring that proposal activities are focused on winning orders and continuously improving conversion rates.
To ensure each tender submitted contains the correct proposed solution/product offering, any proposals are quoted at the right price (e.g. fully and accurately cost) and tender content is agreed with Finance and Operations
To develop, negotiate & agree / confirm contract specifications with a variety of external groups, including contractors , end users & OEM Companies.
