Job Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AEM Developer with over 10 years of hands-on experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies, along with a strong background in Java/J2EE development.
- The AEM Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting AEM components, integrations, and applications, while also contributing to the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions within the organization.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE development, with in-depth understanding and implementation of design patterns and best practices.
- Experience working with Java frameworks such as Spring or Struts, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
- Familiarity with enterprise software and project implementation life cycles is a plus.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, and Bootstrap.
- Hands-on experience designing and building AEM components and working with JCR (Java Content Repository) and AEM workflows.
- Experience integrating Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM for tracking and analysis.
- Knowledge of Adobe Target is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience with Portal or related technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in working with RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
- Experience deploying and managing AEM instances in a cloud environment such as Adobe Cloud, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of AEM solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.
- Java Development: Utilize Java/J2EE programming skills to enhance and customize AEM functionalities, integrating with other enterprise systems as needed.
- Frontend Development: Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate AEM with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, and Bootstrap, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Analytics Integration: Integrate Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM to track and analyze user interactions and behavior, driving insights and optimizations.
- Adobe Marketing Cloud: Work with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools including Experience Manager and Scene 7, leveraging their capabilities to enhance digital experiences.
- Cloud Environment: Deploy and manage AEM instances in cloud environments such as Adobe Cloud, AWS, or other cloud platforms, optimizing performance and scalability.
- Collaboration and Communication-: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, conveying technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
