Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Architect to join our team in Dubai, UAE.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP EWM solutions for complex warehouse environments.
- As an SAP EWM Architect, you will play a key role in leading the design and implementation of SAP EWM solutions that meet our clients' business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionality, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP SD.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices, including inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse layout, and inventory management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
Job Responsibilities
- Led the design and architecture of SAP EWM solutions, including defining the overall solution architecture, data model, interfaces, and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP EWM implementation.
- Provide expertise in configuring and customizing SAP EWM to meet specific business needs, including defining warehouse structures, storage types, strategies, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of SAP EWM projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to transfer expertise in SAP EWM to client teams and end-users.
- Stay current with SAP EWM best practices, industry trends, and new technologies to continuously improve our solution offerings and delivery methodologies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development in SAP EWM
- ZAP EWM certification is preferred.
