- Industry Expertise: 10+ years of experience in the Mobile Handset / Telecom Industry, including at least 3 years in a senior management role with a proven track record of leadership and strategic execution.

- Leadership & Team Building: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams, driving performance and achieving business objectives.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and organizational planning to meet company goals.
- Internal Collaboration: Skilled in working with internal teams to enhance partner satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales and partner management operations.
- Market Intelligence: Proficient in analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and providing actionable insights for refining sales and marketing strategies.
