Job Description
- We are looking for NPD lead engineer-Medical Devices with 5 to 8 Years of Medical Devices Domain Experience for our esteemed client for Chennai location.
- Key Skills: Medical Devices, NPD, DOE, DHF, product verification & Validation, DFMEA, Test protocol preparation, Prototype development and testing

Job Responsibilities
- Projects for Medical Devices, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate activities across multiple departments to drive projects to completion, along with provide input on fastener selection, materials, and processes to optimize product performance and cost-effectiveness.o Provide technical clarification of designs with suppliers and manufacturing.
- Work with a multi-disciplinary engineering development team that includes application engineering, controls engineering, mechanical design, control hardware design, and test / validationo Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential quality issues during the NPI process.
- Maintain accurate records of NPD activities, including design specifications, testing results, and regulatory documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction throughout the NPI process. Implement best practices and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
