Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or similar roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Research:
- Conduct in-depth research on various topics related to our projects and industry trends.
- Compile and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and best practices.
- Creating Presentations:
- Develop engaging and informative presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Scheduling and Meeting Management:
- Coordinate and schedule calls, meetings, and appointments for Senior Technical Officer.
- Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and follow-up action items.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
- Act as a liaison between different teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Address stakeholders' concerns and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Outreach:
- Reach out to new brands, leads, CEOs, and CXOs to explore partnership opportunities.
- Assist in developing strategies to expand our client base and enhance brand visibility.
