Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning : Develop and Implement Comprehensive marketing strategies
Brand Management : Develop company brand by developing branding strategies and ensuring brand consistency
Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer preferences & market trends
Product Promotion : Design and Execute marketing campaign with product managers
Develop buyers journey for each product , consumer class and measure the same at each level and identify the measures to convert them from current to desired state
For the existing clients develop a keep in touch system so as to increase the LTV of the clients
Increase the organic reach of the brand on face book ; seo ; linked in etc
Gradually tie up with the influencers and increase the brand awareness
Team leadership : Leading and setting the marketing team , including setting the objectives , providing guidance and ensuring effective execution of marketing plane
Digital Marketing : With the rising role of digital platforms , he must have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels including social media and seo and how to leverage them
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts using metrics and KPIs to inform future strategies.
Coordinate for marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
Deep understanding of market trends & customer needs
Continuous improvements in the product by conducting client interviews
Budget Management: Planning and managing marketing budgets, optimizing spending to achieve maximum return on investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
Qualifications / Educational level & Skills:
MBA with Finance & Marketing from a good institute
Candidate should have good writing, communication and presentation skills.
A good understanding of stock markets will be preferred
Experience :
10 years Experience and minimum 2-3 years experience in a leadership role
BFSI will be preferred.
