Currently we are hiring Technical Delivery Specialist with strong experience in Cyber Security domain. Candidates from Telecom industry will be preferred.
Position Overview: The Technical Delivery Specialist - Cyber Security will be responsible for the successful deployment and integration of cybersecurity solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of security technologies and best practices, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
- Lead the technical delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation through to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their security needs and requirements.
- Provide expert advice on the selection and implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Solution Implementation:
- Deploy and configure cybersecurity tools and technologies to meet client specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration of security solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure the effectiveness of security measures.
- Technical Support:
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting during and after project implementation.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on the use of implemented solutions.
- Security Assessments:
- Perform security assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures.
- Identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in cybersecurity.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's cybersecurity methodologies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in delivering and managing cybersecurity projects.
- Strong background in implementing and supporting cybersecurity technologies.
- Experience working with clients to deliver customized security solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, identity and access management, and incident response.
- Proficiency in security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, antivirus, and vulnerability management systems.
- Familiarity with cloud security solutions and best practices.
- Certifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
