We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual would play a key role in bringing innovative solutions to the market, generate brand awareness, enhance the product visibility and drive client adoption. The job requires domain expertise in preparing product collateral, executing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance and leading social media marketing efforts. An understanding of and prior experience in banking and / or payments industry and a sound understanding and appreciation of the latest technology trends impacting banking & payments will be a major differentiator.


Key Responsibilities:

Engage with product owners and managers to understand the features and functionalities, benefits, and target customers for the product portfolio.

Tailor the product messaging and positioning to align to the target customers pain points and needs.

Develop product collaterals, including pitch decks, case studies, website content and social media posts

Manage the product launch process with a well thought through go-to-market strategy.

Manage marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and engagement and analyze campaign performance to optimize further.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, client pain points, competitor offerings and new opportunities.

Collaborate with sales, customer success, and dev ops teams to ensure a unified customer experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

8-10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the banking / payments industry.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles.

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.

Experience with product marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Experience with social media marketing
