Job Location -Agra

Mandatory to have Product Experience in Broking

Duties and Responsibilities

1. develop and manage the entire broking product portfolio ensuring alignment with the company vision and strategic goals
2. develop products like for stock trader ; algo trader ; technical traders and advance options traders
3. contribute to the overall business strategy and ensure it is realistic and well communicated to the product team
4. co-ordinating with the marketing department ; sales and the customer revenue and retention department ensure the achievement of
5. marketing targets in relation to the product
6. builid strong connections with the other departmental heads for the success of the products
7. conduct market research and levarage data and analytics to make informed decision
8. develop strategies to position product better in the market and identify go to operations
9. leads and develop a team of product managers
10. stay updated and connected with the industry trends
11. strong communication and relationship building and negotiations skills
12. deep understanding of market trends & customer needs
13. continious improvements in the product by conducting client interviews
14. good technical background with an understanding of product development
