- plan and implement quality control procedures and standards for glass production.
- Conduct tests and inspections on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products
- Analyze data and prepare reports on quality performance and improvement.
- Identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and guidance to quality staff and other employees.
- Monitor and audit the quality management system and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or other relevant certifications.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in engineering, quality management, or related field
- Experience in quality control or assurance in the glass industry
- Knowledge of glass manufacturing processes, materials, and testing methods
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations such as ASTM, ANSI, or EN
- Ability to use quality tools and software such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, or CMM
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports using MS Excel or other applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skill
