1.     Lead the review and redesign of organizational structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

2.     Develop and implement talent development programs that align with the company's strategic direction.

3.     Work closely with department heads and managers to identify talent gaps and succession planning needs.

4.     Facilitate organizational change initiatives to support continuous improvement and innovation.

5.     Analyze workforce trends and data to inform decision-making and policy development.

6.     Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.

7.     Provide coaching and leadership development to senior management.

8.     Change Management Implement group programs when required. Advise management team on change management tools and processes.

9.     Organize and facilitate related workshops as necessary

10.  Develop local initiatives in connection with business strategy to support business growth

11.  Work together with management teams to build up leadership pipeline and succession p leadership developmentlanning.

12.  Other tasks assigned by line manager


Qualifications &Skill Needs:

1.     10+ years experience in HR OD related and 5 years experience in Aon or Mercer as consultant.

2.     The ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver high quality result on time

3.     Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and departments
