Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team. This is a full-time position located in Theni, Madurai, Tiruchirappalli, Salem, and Karur. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with 0 to 1 year of experience and possess essential skills in patient care, critical thinking, and communication.


Time: 10 to 6 (Mon to Sat)

Qualififcation: B.sc Nursing / Anm / Gnm


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong abilities in patient care to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients at all times.
  • Effective critical thinking skills to assess and respond to patient needs promptly and accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical staff.
  • Keen attention to detail to accurately administer medications and record patient information.
  • Solid medical knowledge to understand and implement healthcare procedures.
  • Experience or familiarity with conducting body checkups to monitor and record patient vitals.
  • Ability to understand and interpret prescriptions to provide appropriate medication to patients.
  • Knowledge of various medications and their administration to ensure effective patient treatment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor patient health by performing regular checkups, such as taking vital signs and assessing symptoms.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and overall comfort under supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and medical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Respond promptly to patient calls and take appropriate action in emergencies.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
