A Social Foundation is hiring for a dedicated Social Project Coordinator. This role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring social projects aimed at community development, education, health, and empowerment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference, possess strong project management skills, and be capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.


Key Responsibilities:

      Project Planning and Implementation: Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, and resources required. Ensure projects are implemented effectively, within budget and deadlines.

      Community Engagement: Work closely with communities to understand their needs and ensure that projects are aligned with their expectations. Foster strong relationships with community leaders and stakeholders.

      Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor project progress and assess its impact. Prepare reports on project outcomes and suggest improvements for future initiatives.

      Fundraising and Budget Management: Assist in fundraising efforts, grant writing, and budgeting to ensure adequate resources for projects. Ensure financial accountability and transparency in all transactions.

      Team Coordination: Coordinate with volunteers, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of projects. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.

      Advocacy and Awareness: Promote the foundation's mission and projects through various platforms. Engage in advocacy to influence policy and practice related to the foundation's focus areas.

 

Required Qualifications:

      Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.

      Proven experience in project management, preferably in an NGO setting.

      Strong understanding of community development principles and practices.

      Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and flexibility.

      Fluency in local languages and English.
