Overview:

A Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's products or services. They play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for digital and traditional marketing trends.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Development:

  • Design and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to produce engaging marketing materials.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, TV, etc.).

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.

Content Creation:

  • Develop and manage content for digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Update website content and manage online brand presence.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure effective promotion of events.

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media outlets.
  • Coordinate with sales and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Budget Management:

  • Manage marketing budgets and track expenditures.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing campaign performance and ROI.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing efforts.
  • Protect and enhance the companys brand reputation.
