Requirements:
- Relevant experience with Mac systems
- Familiarity with Apple Repair policy and Apple KPIs
Responsibilities:
- Field Service Engineer for Enterprise customers
- Diagnose Apple Mac systems
- Proactively troubleshoot Mac issues
- Analyze causes of system failures and replace components
Skills:
- Efficient communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of MAC OS
- Updated hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills
