Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Digital Executive proficient in ZOHO Software to join our team in Theni. This full-time junior position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role focuses on digital marketing and managing customer relationships using ZOHO CRM and other ZOHO software (Mandatory skill).


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in ZOHO CRM and other ZOHO software (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in email marketing, including creating, sending, and analyzing email campaigns.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content to drive engagement.
  • Lead generation experience, including identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage ZOHO CRM and other ZOHO software to streamline customer relationship management processes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic and engagement.
  • Analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure the effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate email marketing efforts, including designing, sending, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Manage social media accounts by creating and posting regular content to boost brand presence.
  • Generate leads through various online and offline channels, working to convert them into paying customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and timely support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that digital marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
