Job Description -
Accurately measure and quantify all project work and materials.
Prepare detailed reports on quantities for various construction activities.
Verify measurements and quantities with site engineers and subcontractors.
Prepare and submit client bills, including interim and final bills.
Review and process subcontractor and supplier invoices.
Ensure that all billing complies with contractual agreements and project timelines.
Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, work orders, and billing documents.
Ensure documentation is organized and accessible for audits and reviews.
Prepare and update project billing documents such as measurement sheets, bills of quantities (BOQ), and abstracts.
Monitor project costs and compare them against budgets and estimates.
Identify cost overruns and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting for ongoing and upcoming projects.
