Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in BPO industry
- Experience in UK process and shift operations
- Skills in Calling Support, Voice Support, Voice Process
- Knowledge of Mumbai jobs market and BPO calling processes
- Fluent in verbal English for customer service tasks
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee UK BPO process operations efficiently
- Ensure smooth functioning of voice-based customer support
- Handle international BPO calling processes effectively
- Provide excellent customer service through verbal English skills
- Execute shift duties with precision and adherence to standards
