Job Title: Business Development Associate


Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Associate

who can grow business and clientele. You will be required to build concrete

relationships with clients alongside maintaining the existing relationships. You will work

with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.

To look for new & creative ways to market our services

To identify new business opportunities

To conduct thorough market research


Roles & Responsibilities

Identifying new sales leads

Pitching clients to take our services

Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers & new customers

Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to

identify new leads and potential new markets


Competencies Required

Experience in sales and marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Efficient at email and cell communication

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software

Ability to work as part of a team

Able to work independently but within a strategic framework

Handle negotiations and perform due diligence

Problem-solving capabilities

Can handle multiple projects/assignments at the same time

Strong organizational skill


Preferred Education

Any Graduate or Post Graduate (BE/BBA/MBA)


Work Location & Job Type

Youll be required to work full-time from our head office in Indore
