  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, report writing, and office management.
  • Confidentiality & Integrity: Handle sensitive matters with discretion, honesty, and flexibility.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong in MS Office, presentation, and service skills.
  • Strategic & Operational Support: Assist in corporate planning, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Project Management: Coordinate projects efficiently, ensuring timely execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Collate and review performance data; prepare reports for management.
  • Research & Presentation: Conduct research, develop presentations, and recommend action plans.
  • Administrative & Executive Support: Draft speeches, correspondence, and reports for the Chairman.
  • Communication Management: Manage emails, calls, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Meeting & Visit Coordination: Organize meetings and visits for optimized productivity.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report key performance indicators for plants.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide overall support to ensure smooth office operations.
