Position Title: Application Tech Support Practitioner
Location: Nagpur

Job Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a critical interface between clients and the ServiceNow IT Service Management system. Your role is to ensure the quality and functionality of world-class systems by leveraging your deep product knowledge and exceptional communication skills. You will handle client issues, design effective resolutions, and contribute to maintaining the smooth operation of the ServiceNow system.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
Experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow IT Service Management modules.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with the ITIL framework.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and workflows, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog management.
Technical Competencies:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Additional Information:
This position requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
The role is based at our Nagpur office.
A 15 years full-time education is required for this position.
Job Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expertise:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Make key decisions for the team and influence strategy based on your expertise.
Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide high-quality technical support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow IT Service Management system.
System Management:
Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the ServiceNow IT Service Management system.
Conduct system analysis and design effective resolutions for client issues.
Collaboration and Decision-Making:
Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and problem-solving across teams.
Provide solutions that apply to various aspects of the system and client needs.
Training and Mentorship:
Train and mentor junior professionals in the team, sharing your expertise and insights.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest developments in ServiceNow IT Service Management and industry best practices.
Ensure that the system and processes are aligned with the latest trends and improvements in IT service management.
