Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Clarity PPM system.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Clarity PPM and its modules, including resource management, time tracking, and financial management.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience with integrating Clarity PPM system with other enterprise applications is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their project management needs and requirements.
  • Design and configure Clarity PPM system to align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project management templates, workflows, and standards within Clarity PPM.
  • Provide training and support to end users to ensure their seamless adoption and utilization of Clarity PPM.
  • Monitor and enforce project governance and compliance within Clarity PPM.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into project performance and resource allocation.
