  • Role Overview: The Growth and Strategy Manager will be instrumental in driving growth from 0 to 1, while developing and executing strategic initiatives to propel the company forward. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of startup ecosystems and a strong educational background in engineering and business administration. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of industrial manufacturing.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from ISM, Indian Institute of Petroleum, or any IIT.
  • MBA from a top institute with a focus on strategy, entrepreneurship, or related field.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in roles related to growth, strategy, or business development, preferably within the industrial manufacturing sector.
  • Deep understanding of startup ecosystems, with a strong network of industry contacts and knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Proven track record of driving growth initiatives, formulating strategies, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels.

Job Responsibilities

  •  0 to 1 Growth: Lead initiatives to establish it as a key player in the industrial manufacturing sector, focusing on expanding market presence and driving revenue growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Startup Ecosystem Engagement: Foster relationships within startup ecosystems to stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and differentiation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, providing regular performance reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence to drive collective success.
