Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, building relationships with consultants, and placing them on the bench. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US IT industry
  • Proven track record of successfully placing consultants on the bench
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with various job boards and social media platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Knowledge of US immigration processes and visa types


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and source potential IT consultants through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for bench positions
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants to ensure a strong bench pipeline
  • Negotiate rates and contract terms with consultants
  • Place qualified consultants on the bench and keep them engaged
  • Manage client relationships and understand their project requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to optimize bench sales strategies
