Position Overview:
Ababil Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Telecaller Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls and assist in coordinating with clients for our biomedical services. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in a domestic voice process, specifically within inbound and outbound calling.
Languages Required: Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, English
Roles and Responsibilities:
Outbound and Inbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to inform potential and existing clients about our biomedical services.
Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive and accurate information.
Client Coordination:
Schedule appointments for service engineers and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely service delivery.
Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction with our services and address any additional needs or issues.
Database Management:
Maintain and update client databases with accurate and relevant information for easy retrieval and client tracking.
Marketing Support:
Assist in marketing and promotional activities by providing clients with relevant information and updates.
Performance and Reporting:
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, client interactions, and any client feedback for management review.
Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support the telecalling and client service operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 1-5 years in a domestic voice process role (inbound/outbound calling).
Languages: Proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and English is required.
Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients and handle inquiries effectively.
Proficiency in client database management and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
Other: Ability to assist in marketing activities and provide regular performance reports.
