Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our recruitment services
- Identify and understand the recruitment needs of clients
- Provide information about our services and answer client inquiries
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals
