Job Overview
Full-Time Tele Sales Executive position available in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Sheetal Cool Products Limited (SCPL) is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for achieving sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence customers
- Strong customer service skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Fluency in local languages (Gujarati) is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products
- Provide product information, answer customer questions, and address concerns
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Document and update customer records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Follow the company's sales policies and procedures
