Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Manufacturing.
  • Proven success in recruiting for various roles.
  • Knowledge of hiring best practices and market trends.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
