Job Overview


We are seeking a Store Executive (Mechanical) to join our team at Rima Machines Pvt Ltd. As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and stock of mechanical components and equipment in our store. This role requires a strong understanding of store management, including knowledge of ERP software and the ability to lead a team. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in store management, preferably in a mechanical environment
  • Strong knowledge of ERP software for inventory management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team of store staff
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Good understanding of mechanical components and equipment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain the inventory of mechanical components and equipment in the store
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and tools
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Implement and maintain an efficient system for tracking stock levels and inventory
  • Inspect incoming materials for quality and correctness
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to place orders for necessary items
  • Train and supervise store staff to ensure proper handling of materials
  • Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding store operations
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to store management and resolve them in a timely manner
