JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION : SITE ENGINEER
REQUIREMENTS:
- QUALIFICATION : BE(Civil)/ DCE
- NO. OF VACANICIES: 2
- EXPERIENCE : 0 - 6 years
- GENDER: Male
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Execution of all structural, Finishing & Fit-out work:
- BBS Structural work
- Shuttering work
- Aluminum Formwork (MFS and Ihita Materials)
- Block Work
- Internal & External Plastering
- Painting Work
- Tiling Work
- False ceiling work
2) External development of Road Works, drainage, compound wall & Parking Area.
3) Preparation of all Sub-Contractor bills and claim with billing Engineer for the work done by them.
4) Prepare work schedule, project supervision, and documentation.
5) Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
6) Co-ordination and execution of MEP related works.
7) Annual budget preparation for Civil works and managing the expenses within the budget.
