Responsibilities:
Job Responsibility
Technical supervision of all ongoing civil miscellaneous works.
Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly work reports with material consumption.
And wastage if any.
Maintain progress charts and dates record for all activities
Need to Plan Material procurement in advance & planning of vendors
Raise requisitions for materials by calculating quantities as per lead time
Raise service request for work as per lead time
Allocate labour resources as per work
Handling Finishing activity i.e. Plumbing / Electrical / Carpentry / Tiling etc
Preparing all site work checklist / keeping records of all material testing etc
Planning & Execution of Site work as per Design & Drawing.
Final handover flats to the Maintenance department / client.
Ensuring the health, safety, security & environment on the project site.
To inspect all works for accuracy such as formwork, reinforcement, concrete
as per checklist.
Follow HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) for each activity
and make sure that safety is implemented at all stages of work
Keep records of all incidents / accidents and make document on lessons
learnt
Follow the drawings and raise RFI ( Request for information)in advance
Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines;
acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.)
