Job Overview


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Scientific Games. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications for our gaming and iGaming platforms. This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in software development.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in software development
  • Strong proficiency in C#.Net, ASP.Net, and SQL
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and implement software applications using C#.Net, ASP.Net, and SQL
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize software requirements
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends and technologies
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior software engineers
